Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing and using daratelier.digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Dar Atelier Studio provides web design, development, and related creative services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project are agreed upon individually between the studio and the client before work begins.

Commissions and payments

Submitting a commission form is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. A project begins only after both parties agree on scope, timeline, and pricing in writing (email counts).

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins. Payment terms, amounts, and methods (PayPal Business or bank transfer) are outlined in the project proposal.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered website files and custom design assets created for their project. Dar Atelier retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, Shopify themes, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, brand assets, business information, and timely feedback during the project. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline.

Legal, tax, accounting, and payment-provider approval remain the client's responsibility. Dar Atelier configures platforms based on client-provided business information but does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as defined in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs.

Limitation of liability

Dar Atelier Studio provides web design and development services to the best of its ability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced proportionally.

Website content

The portfolio, case studies, and world previews on this site represent work created by Dar Atelier Studio. Screenshots and live previews are for demonstration purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
